Which of Your Personal Data Do We Process?
Personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
We process personal data only if you voluntarily provide them to us, for example in the context of:

Purpose of Processing
The data you transmit to us when requesting a service are required to establish a contractual relationship between you and us that is necessary for the provision of the requested services, as well as for the proper and secure administration of your client account, to prevent misuse of our services, to enable us to provide information about participation in events, and to allow us to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Personal data may be transferred to service providers who are involved in providing services to you (e.g., trainers, seminar venue operators, IT service personnel, external social media and advertising managers), based on their legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Legitimate interests relating to the transfer of your data include the establishment of a contractual relationship between you and us, the reduction and/or prevention of misuse and/or fraud, and the verification of compliance with applicable admission requirements and/or acceptable use conditions for services provided by them.
In certain cases, the transfer of your personal data may also be required by data controllers in order to comply with applicable legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

How Do We Process Personal Data?
We process personal data in full compliance with the technical, organizational, and legal requirements of the GDPR at our premises in 1170 Vienna. We apply the principles of data minimization wherever possible and continuously update our security measures to protect your personal data and other information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.

Traffic Data
Traffic data, such as data collected and used to measure the frequency of use of a telecommunications service, are collected only if required for the provision of services and for billing purposes. Traffic data are not stored for longer than six months after the period required for billing and service provision, unless the client requests a longer retention period as part of a statistical function. Traffic data are not used to create user profiles.
Google Analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” which are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website is transmitted to and stored on a server operated by Google in the United States.
